 CANCUN GOLF VACATION
Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned veteran Cancun offers tree lined and shaded fairways, challenging greens, great views of the ocean, Mayan ruins and an array of exotic birds and animals.
You must find your own transportation to the course you wish to play. You can take a taxi. Every taxi driver in town knows every golf course.
It is not recommended to take your own clubs unless you plan on golfing every day. Club rentals are between $30 - 40 USD.
We do suggest that you bring a sleeve of balls and tee's...since they're easy to pack. Bring cheap balls because you will loose a few on these jungle/ocean courses.
You can book a twilight game at a reduced rate however not all courses have rangers on board and if you get a bunch of drunks in front of you this can be a hassle.
It is cooler to golf later in the day - but almost impossible to get 18 holes in before dark.

 CANCUN COURSES
 Golf Club Cancun at
Pok Ta Pok is a picturesque course located on the lagoon side of the hotel zone across the
street and a little east of the Intercontinental Presidente.
The course offers up many holes with both ocean and lagoon views and features a practice tee,
putting green, oceanfront holes and Mayan Ruins.
In addition to a fabulous 18-hole championship golf course, the facilities include a driving
range, two practice putting greens, three tennis courts, a well-stocked pro shop, which offers
rental equipment.
There is also a restaurant/bar with panoramic views of the Nichupte Lagoon and the Hotel Zone.

Golf Club Moon Palace Cancun is set in the Mayan
Riviera, close to Cancun, at the Moon Palace Resort. This 7,165 yard, par-72, course is a true championship golf

The Golf Club is designed to be enjoyed by golfers of all skill levels. The fantastic layout
requires the golfer to navigate not only through the native Mayan vegetation, but also numerous
natural wetland waste bunkers that have been strategically placed.

Melia Cancun Golf Club is a small nine-hole par-3 course located at the Gran Melia Cancun Hotel, in the Cancun Hotel Zone. This is an okay course if you happen to be staying at the hotel and want to get some practice in. The course is free to Melia hotel guests.

Playa Mujeres Golf Club With carefully crafted water holes, jungles, bunkers and greens, utilizing a rearrangement of the site's native plants, trees and other indigenous foliage, Playa Mujeres has become, an international model in preserving the natural flora and wildlife. You will appreciate the lush, well-kept grass and impeccable true-rolling greens.

 Minigolf is available at the Cancun Palace Hotel
km 14.5 Blvd. Kukulcan in the hotel zone. There is also a mini-golf course located at the Moon
Palace Resort & Spa.
Why somebody has not built a Myrtle Beach style mega-mini golf course is beyond us.
OPENING SOON
Puerto Cancun
Designed by Tom Weiskopf, Puerto Cancun's championship 18 hole golf course is slated to open sometime in the winter of 2008.
Puerto Cancun is Cancun's latest resort community.
TPC La Roca Country Club
The La Roca is being built to satisfy the golfing communities lamenting that Cancun needs a PGA quality course. La Roca Country Club hopes to bring the PGA Tour to Cancun. La Roca consists of two beautiful 18 hole golf courses and a 2,000 acre golf mecca.
PGA Tour member Nick Price and world famous designer Tom Fazio are the designers. Will be opening sometime in 2008.
Riviera Cancun
Two 18 hole courses are being designed by Jack Nicklaus. Expected to open sometime in 2008.

Here, the Atlantic Ocean is your water hazard. Play through palm trees and immaculate greens on
courses created by some of the world's best course designers.
Courses listed here are an hours drive away except for Cozumel, which requires taking an
