TravelYucatan.com's on-line booking agency uses Verisign Certificate SSL 3.0 to protect the data you send from your browser to the site and database. The data recorded in the database is also written using an encryption security system.
Normal operation of the site does not enable security for all pages because secure page encryption slows down the speed. The security is only enabled when you start a transaction that involves vital data that goes to the database, like when you make or modify a reservation.

 RESERVATION POLICY
Method of Payments:
We accept Visa and Master card. If you do not have a Visa or Mastercard you can send us a wire transfer to our bank in Miami or a Certified check to our Atlanta Office.
Billing Policy:
Reservations will be charged to your credit card when submitted and reservation is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled up to 3 days prior to arrival date there is a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation due to credit card fees.
Reservations cancelled 2- 0 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable.
