If your tour does not require transportation then present your voucher to the main gate/entrance to the attraction. If you loose your travel voucher, visit an Internet cafe; go to our web site and Re-Print Voucher. If you cannot remember your voucher number, e-mail with your name and date of your tour and we will resend your voucher to you. CANCELLATION POLICY Reservations cancelled up to 3 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival date or no shows are 100% non-refundable.
